    Top up your wallet

    Buy credits by card, ACH bank debit or wire. $1 buys $1 of credits, plus a bonus on larger top-ups.

    Orders reserve credits

    When an order comes in, its exact price (products, printing, shipping, tax) is held from your balance.

  3. 03

    Captured for production

    Held credits are captured once the order is accepted for production. Nothing is charged for orders that can't be made.

  4. 04

    Released or refunded

    Canceled or failed orders return their credits to your wallet automatically, instantly available again.

Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your wallet for as long as your account is active.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards and US bank accounts (ACH) through our secure checkout, and wire transfers for larger top-ups. You can save a payment method for automatic recharges.
What does an order cost?
The product price for the variant (printing of the included print area is part of it), any additional print areas, shipping for the chosen method and destination, and sales tax where it applies. The API's estimate endpoint returns the exact amount before you place the order.
Can I get a refund of unused credits?
Yes. Unused paid credits can be refunded to the original payment method. Bonus credits granted with that purchase are removed in proportion to the refunded amount. Credits already spent on orders can't be refunded.
Is there a fee for test mode?
No. Test mode uses free test credits and a sandbox that simulates production and shipping, so you can build and QA your integration at no cost.
